At first, this brought to mind another thought for me...
"There are robbers of identity that don't take credit card numbers... but they do attempt to take our confidence, our self worth... etc, i.e. bullies on the play fields and at work, etc... such people steal our identity and worth until we realise who were truly are in the Lord.
This is an excellent post and beautifully written.
